How To Archive SCORM User Packages
Allow Learners to Restart SCORM-Based Training
Before You Begin
Archiving a SCORM user package permanently erases the learner's progress. Once completed, it cannot be reversed. Proceed only if you are sure the learner needs to start over.
Archive a SCORM User Package
Follow these steps:
- Select Manage Users from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Search for the SCORM user whose activity you want to archive.
- Under Actions, click Archive Activity.
Once archived, the learner will be able to launch the training again from the beginning.
