Edit a Reminder Template
Update reminder emails sent to learners
You can edit an existing reminder template to update the internal name, email subject line, or message content used for learner reminders.
To edit a reminder template, go to Communications in the left navigation, find the template you want to update, and select the pencil icon.
Update the following fields as needed:

Template name
Enter a clear name for the template. You can replace the existing name or edit it. This name is only visible to admins and is used when selecting reminder notifications during assignment setup. Learners do not see the template name. -
Email subject line
Edit the subject line for emails sent using this template. You can delete the existing text and write a new subject or add to the existing text. -
Message body
Edit the main email content. Changes appear in the preview at the bottom of the screen.
When you’re finished, select Save to apply your changes.
Note: Text inside double curly brackets (for example, ) is a predefined parameter. You can move or delete these placeholders, but do not edit the text inside them or it will appear blank. Reminder templates use Markdown Syntax formatting, which allows basic text styling such as using asterisks (*) for italics.
