Learners: Accessing Part 2 Of Your Course After An Intersession

What to expect after you complete Part 1

Some courses in Foundry are completed in two parts. Between Part 1 and Part 2, there is a required waiting period called an intersession.

Once you finish Part 1 and the intersession period ends, access to Part 2 is handled automatically.

What Is an Intersession

An intersession is a required waiting period between Part 1 and Part 2 of a course. This pause is built into the course experience and must be completed before you can continue.

No action is needed from you during the intersession period.

What Happens After the Waiting Period Ends

When the intersession is complete:

  • You’ll receive an email notification from ComplyEQ letting you know Part 2 is available
  • This email is informational only and does not include a direct link
  • To continue, log back in to Foundry and return to your course

Access to Part 2 is granted automatically once the waiting period ends.

How to Access Part 2

To continue your course:

  • Log in to your ComplyEQ account
  • Navigate to your course from your dashboard
  • Select the course to begin Part 2

If the intersession period has ended, Part 2 will be available automatically.

If You Didn’t Receive the Email

That’s okay. The email is a courtesy reminder and is not required to unlock Part 2.

If you missed or didn’t see the email:

  • Log back in to your ComplyEQ account
  • Go to your dashboard
  • Access your course

Part 2 will appear automatically once the intersession period has ended.

Important Things to Know

  • Access to Part 2 is unlocked automatically after the intersession
  • You do not need to be reassigned the course
  • Administrators do not need to take any action
  • Missing the email does not delay access

When to Contact Support

If you’ve logged in after the waiting period has ended and still cannot access Part 2, use the Help option in Foundry to contact Technical Support.
