Personalization of Foundry Accounts
Customize your Foundry account with your organization’s branding
You can personalize your Foundry account to reflect your organization’s branding. These settings help create a more familiar experience for learners when they log in and access training.
The following branding options are available.
Organization logo
- Appears in the top‑left corner of the platform
- Automatically scaled and constrained to 40px in height
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF
Background image (login page)
- Appears as the background image on the learner login page
- Maximum width: 3000px
- Minimum width: 480px
- Scales to fit different screen sizes
- Typically displays as 4:3 (laptop) or 16:9 (widescreen monitor)
- Mobile views may vary by device
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF
Favicon
- Appears in the browser tab next to the page title
- Automatically scaled and constrained to 16px in height
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, or ICO
Brand colors
You can apply your organization’s brand colors throughout the platform.
Provide:
- Dark HEX color (for example,
#0d7978) - Light HEX color (for example,
#eedd82)
These colors are applied consistently across the Foundry experience.
Welcome text
- Displays on the learner login page
- Can be used to greet learners or provide brief instructions before login
