Policy Acknowledgement Report
View and export learner policy acknowledgements
The Policy Acknowledgement Report shows which learners have acknowledged required policies as part of their training.
This report is only available if your account uses policy acknowledgement pages within courses. If no policies are configured or assigned, the report will not appear on your Reports dashboard.
What the report shows
The Policy Acknowledgement Report allows you to review:
- Which learners were presented with a policy
- Whether the policy was acknowledged
- When the acknowledgement occurred
This report is commonly used for compliance tracking and recordkeeping.
Available filters
You can filter the report by:
- Course Name
- Policy Name
- Progress Status
- Team Name (if applicable)
- Training Period
Filters help narrow results to specific courses, timeframes, or learner groups.
Download the report
To export data for review or recordkeeping:
- Select Download Report in the top‑right corner
- Choose one of the available formats:
- CSV
- Image
Available download formats may vary slightly by report.
