MyPolicy Tool

MyPolicy is a tool that enables organizations to upload and distribute standalone policies outside of an existing ComplyEQ course. Organizations can use this feature to easily deploy and track policy acknowledgements and compliance in a single destination.

This customizable feature can be particularly useful if you do not have a separate HRIS or LMS to house organizational documents. It can also be used if there is an updated policy learners need to understand that falls outside of your typical training plan.  Your course can be translated into any of our other available languages for an additional investment, though English is included.  Here are some use case examples:
