Preparing Your Foundry Account for Deactivation
Download your data before ending your ComplyEQ contract
If you are ending your partnership with ComplyEQ, it’s important to prepare your Foundry account before your contract end date to ensure you retain access to historical data.
Important: Once your contract ends, ComplyEQ does not maintain or preserve account history. After deactivation, historical data will no longer be accessible.
Before you request account deactivation
If you plan to deactivate your account, you must download any data you need for recordkeeping or compliance before contacting Support to turn off your account.
The steps below outline the key data you should export.
Download training progress data
To download historical training progress:
- Log in to your Foundry Admin account
- Go to Insights > Reports
- Open the Training Progress Report
- Set Prepare Data for Download to Yes
- Set all other filters to All
Tip: Be sure to review the Participation Status filter carefully to ensure you are including all historical data, not just learners from active assignments.

Select Download Report in the top‑right corner
Save the exported file to a secure location.
Download training certificates (if needed)
If you need copies of learner completion certificates, download them before deactivation.
- Log in to your Foundry Admin account
- Go to Content > Content Library
- Open the course
- Select More Actions
- Select Generate Certificate Download
Note: Certificates must be downloaded one course at a time.
Final step: contact Support
Once you’ve confirmed that all required data has been downloaded and saved, contact Support to request account deactivation.
After deactivation is complete, the account and its data will no longer be accessible.
