Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the Global Workplace
Build a Globally Inclusive, Respectful Work Environment
Course Description
This course provides the same core prevention training found in the U.S.–focused versions but expands the material to fit the needs of a global workforce. Learners begin by exploring how discrimination, harassment, and other harmful behaviors can appear in workplaces across different regions and cultures.
They then learn how to take action as active bystanders, using safe and practical strategies to respond when they witness harmful behavior. The course concludes with guidance on how to support a workplace culture built on universal principles of respect, acceptance, and inclusion—helping teams around the world contribute to a safe and supportive environment.
