This updated supervisor‑level course provides a hybrid learning experience designed to meet legal training mandates while promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture. Supervisors learn how to prevent, recognize, and address harassment and discrimination, and how to support employees through real‑world leadership scenarios.

The course expands on the content in Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace: For Non-Supervisors and adds practical guidance specific to supervisory responsibilities.

By the end of the course, supervisors will feel prepared to foster a culture grounded in safety, respect, and inclusion.  This course is part of the Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace Suite
