Course Description

This course provides the same foundational bystander intervention content as the U.S.-focused courses but with additional content to meet the needs of learners in Australia. First, learners gain an understanding of how discrimination, harassment, and other harmful behaviors can manifest in the workplace, including provisions under Australian law. Then, they learn more about how to be an active bystander in situations involving harmful behavior.
