Course Description
This course provides the same foundational bystander intervention content as the U.S.-focused courses but with additional content to meet the needs of learners in India. First, learners gain an understanding of how discrimination, harassment, and other harmful behaviors can manifest in the workplace, including provisions under POSH and other Indian law. Then, they learn more about how to be an active bystander in situations involving harmful behavior.
