Foundry Release 2026.11 – June 24, 2026

This release continues focused work on internal platform improvements that support stability, performance, and future enhancements across Foundry. There are no visible changes to features or workflows, but these updates help ensure a dependable experience as the platform continues to evolve.

Foundry Release 2026.10 – June 9, 2026

This release includes updates that improve how compliance learning is configured and how certifications are represented across Foundry. These changes focus on simplifying SCORM package management and providing clearer context for certification reporting.

SCORM assignments: improved package creation

SCORM package creation is now more flexible and easier to manage. When creating SCORM packages, administrators can take advantage of an improved creation flow that reduces duplicate setup and streamlines how packages are configured for use in external learning management systems. Existing assignment workflows continue to work as expected, with these updates providing added efficiency where SCORM integrations are used.

Certifications: expanded course metadata

Certification records now include additional course‑level context. Foundry captures more detailed metadata alongside certifications, helping organizations better understand how certifications connect to specific learning content. This update does not change how certifications are earned or issued, but improves clarity when reviewing or reporting on certification data.

How you benefit

These updates help simplify compliance program management in Foundry. By reducing SCORM setup overhead and expanding the context available for certifications, administrators can spend less time maintaining configurations and more time supporting accurate reporting and learning delivery.

Release .09 – May 27, 2026

This release includes updates that improve how learning content is assigned and managed across Foundry.

SCORM assignments: location selection at launch

When creating SCORM packages, SCORM administrators can now allow learners to select their location when launching content. This update reduces the need to create and manage multiple SCORM packages for different locations, while still ensuring learners are correctly associated with the right context when they begin a course.

Existing assignment workflows continue to work as expected, with this option providing added flexibility where needed.

How you benefit

These updates help simplify content management in Foundry. By reducing duplicate setup work and supporting more flexible SCORM assignments, administrators can spend less time maintaining packages and more time supporting learning delivery.  This update does not impact those who create assignments on our platform and do not have an integration with a learning management system.

Release .08 – May 13, 2026

This release includes small but meaningful updates that improve clarity when managing users and working with labeled data across ComplyEQ.

User records now show unsubscribe status

When reviewing a user record, administrators can now see whether a user has unsubscribed from communications. This update does not change how unsubscribe preferences are managed, but makes that information easier to find and reference when reviewing user details.

This added visibility helps support clearer communication decisions and reduces uncertainty when working with user records.

Label enhancements

Labels across the platform have been refined to improve clarity and consistency.
These enhancements make it easier to interpret labeled data when reviewing information throughout ComplyEQ, supporting smoother day‑to‑day administration without changing existing workflows or behavior.

How you benefit

Together, these updates help you work more confidently with user data in ComplyEQ. Clearer visibility into communication preferences and more consistent labeling reduce guesswork, support better decision‑making, and make everyday administrative tasks easier to manage.
