Survey Results by Question

Overview

The Survey Results by Question Report displays aggregated responses for one survey question at a time from an in‑course survey.

This report is best used when you want to:

• Explore a specific question in detail
• View a visualization of responses
• Focus on a single data point rather than the full survey

Set Your Filters

When the report first loads, it appears blank. To view results, you must first select values for all required filters. Once all filters are set, the data visualization and results will appear below.

Required filters include:

• Course
• Training Period (if applicable)
• Survey
• Course Section
• Question

Note: Results are hidden until at least 20 responses have been collected. This threshold helps maintain learner anonymity and protect participant data.

Question View

After selecting a question, the report displays the following information:

• Survey name
• Section name
• Section description
• Question text
• Answer options
• Total number of responses
• Percentage of responses for each answer option

Use the Previous and Next buttons to move through questions within the same section. To view questions from a different section, update the Course Section filter.

Downloading the Report

Once a question’s results are displayed, you can export the visualization for sharing or reporting purposes.

• An image, or
• A PDF
