Data about your account is critical to managing training effectively, which is why Reports is the first dashboard you see when logging in to Foundry.
Foundry offers several report types that provide insight into:

Some reports only appear if the related learning activities or features are enabled in your account.
Note: Report data refreshes once per day. For real‑time assignment progress, use the Assignments section.
To access reports, go to Insights > Reports.
Available reports
Email Activity Reports
View all email notification activity, including invitations, reminders, and lists of undelivered or unsubscribed emails.
Policy Acknowledgement
View and print employee acknowledgements for assigned policies.
Survey Results (Workplace Insights) 
Search and review survey results and benchmark responses against organizations similar to yours.
Survey Results by Question
View and download visualizations and data for individual survey questions.
Training Progress
Track learner progress and completion status by course.
Training Snapshot Report
View a high‑level summary of overall training activity across your account.
